BusinessWhen does a business need point-to-point Internet?+

Point-to-point makes sense when shared broadband is slowing you down at peak hours, when you have multi-site operations sharing data in real time, or when uptime and security requirements demand a dedicated, non-shared circuit. See our point-to-point article for the full breakdown.

BusinessCan you handle multi-site connectivity?+

Yes. We design and support multi-location networks across Texas, including private connections between sites, shared resources, and centralized network management.

BusinessDo you provide SLA-backed uptime guarantees?+

Yes. Our business Internet plans come with documented uptime commitments and credit policies if we fall short. Specifics vary by service tier, contact us for a quote.

BusinessWill switching providers disrupt my business?+

No. Our onboarding includes a phased transition, documentation review, and a coordinated cutover so nothing breaks while you switch. Most customers experience zero downtime during the move.

Managed ITWhat does Managed IT actually include?+

Day-to-day user support, proactive monitoring and patching, managed antivirus, data backups, Microsoft 365 administration, and network and Wi-Fi support. Cybersecurity, PCI compliance, and on-site dispatch are also available.

Managed ITHow fast do you respond to support tickets?+

Critical issues get attention within minutes. Standard tickets are typically resolved the same business day by a Texas-based engineer.

Managed ITCan you take over from our current IT provider?+

Yes. Our onboarding includes a clean handoff: documentation review, account access, baseline audit, and a phased transition so nothing breaks while you switch.

Managed ITDo you handle Microsoft 365 licensing and email?+

Yes. As a Microsoft Solutions Partner we manage licensing, mailbox provisioning, Teams and SharePoint setup, and tenant-level security baselines, all under one bill.

Managed ITDo you offer on-site support, not just remote?+

Yes. Most issues get solved remotely, but when a truck needs to roll, our local Texas team can be on-site across Amarillo, Lubbock, Abilene, and surrounding areas.

CybersecurityWhere are our backups stored?+

In the cloud, encrypted, with retention policies tailored to your business. We also run periodic test restores so we know recovery actually works before you need it.

CybersecurityCan you help us with PCI compliance?+

Yes. We assess your environment, document gaps, build a remediation plan, and support ongoing controls so you stay compliant year over year.

ResidentialDo you offer home Internet in my area?+

We serve communities across the Texas Panhandle and West Texas. Coverage varies by service type. Run a quick availability check with your address and we will confirm what is offered.

ResidentialHow fast does my home Internet really need to be?+

It depends on what your household does. Streaming on a few devices and basic browsing works well at lower tiers. Multiple 4K streams, gaming, and remote work simultaneously benefit from higher symmetric speeds. We help you pick the right plan for your usage, not the most expensive one.

ResidentialWhat is the difference between fiber and cable Internet?+

Fiber uses light over glass for symmetric speeds (same up and down) and very low latency. Cable uses coaxial copper, which is faster downstream than upstream and is shared with neighbors at the node. Fiber is generally more reliable for video calls, streaming, and remote work.

ResidentialWhat does installation day look like?+

A local technician arrives in a marked truck, runs the line, installs your equipment, walks you through your new Wi-Fi, and tests speeds before they leave. Most installs take one to three hours.

ResidentialDo I get a real person on support calls?+

Yes. Our support team is based in Texas. No phone trees, no offshore call centers. When something is wrong, a real Texan picks up.
